A stone processing line contains many different machines, such as a breaker (crusher), grinder, classifier, magnetic separator, rotary dryer, and so on. These machines are modular in nature, which enables the production process to be adjusted according to customer requirements.
For example, the capacity can be increased or decreased by adding or removing machines, or the machine operators can be replaced with automated equipment. As a result, it is possible to change the production capacity and operation mode flexibly according to actual needs.
The stone processing line is mainly composed of a vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, and vibrating screen.
Feeding equipment: jaw crusher feeding and vibrating feeder feeding are usually used together in a quarry plant. A vibrating feeder can crush stones into smaller particles and send them to the jaw crusher evenly, meanwhile, it can also remove the dust from the crushed stones.
Jaw Crusher: Jaw crushers are mainly used for producing coarse powder products. The size of finished products ranges from 100mm to 250mm in the primary crushing stage. According to different requirements of customers, we can design several types of jaw crushers such as single toggle jaw crushers, double toggle jaw crushers, etc.
Impact Crusher: Impact crushers are mainly used for the secondary crushing process. The finished size of products ranges from 40mm to 80mm. There are two main types of impact crushers: one is called single-shaft impact crushers while another is called double shaft impact crushers.
